Forty-eight hours? Really?
Really. We've automated everything that doesn't need a human, then dedicate the human hours to the parts that do — copy, design, voice. The clock starts the moment you submit the form. You'll get a preview link within the first 24 hours, and a live site within 48.
Why no calls?
Calls are expensive overhead that someone has to pay for — usually you. Everything we need to build a great site fits in a short form plus a few rounds of email. If your project genuinely can't survive without a call, we're probably not the right fit. Most projects can.
How is it custom if it's done in 48 hours?
We don't start from a template and swap your logo in. We design around your business: your voice, your colors, your customers, photos and reviews we surface. The speed comes from us removing the parts that don't add value — not from cutting corners on the parts that do.
Why a flat fee?
Because honest work shouldn't require a quote. We've built enough websites in this size range to know what they cost to deliver well. Quoting every job individually adds days of sales overhead that you'd ultimately pay for. We'd rather post the price and earn the project on the work itself.
What if I want changes after launch?
On Launch, five small changes a month are included: new hours, new staff, new photos, new copy. Send them by email and we ship within one business day. Anything beyond five is $50 per change, capped at $250 a month so the bill never surprises you. On Signature, small changes are unlimited and ship the same business day.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name. The content is yours. If you ever want to leave, we'll hand you a clean export of everything and help you migrate at no additional charge during the first 30 days after cancellation.
What if I already have a domain?
Even better. Send us the registrar login, we'll update the DNS records ourselves and verify it before launch. If you'd rather keep the domain in your account, we'll send you exactly what to change in writing.
What about e-commerce?
Out of scope for the flat-fee package. We'll happily refer you to a Shopify or Squarespace partner. If you only need a handful of products with simple checkout, ask — we can usually wire up Stripe Payment Links inside the standard build.
