You'll see your homepage as a static visual draft before any code is written. One round of revisions, included. Approval is the gate — not a deposit.

The build.
We build, copywrite, photograph (or source), and stage. You'll get a preview link by day eight. Domain, email, and analytics wired up by day twelve.

Why a flat fee?
Because honest work shouldn't require a discovery call. We've built enough websites in this size range to know what they cost to deliver well. Quoting every job individually adds days of sales overhead that you'd ultimately pay for. We'd rather post the price and earn the project on the work itself.
What if I need more than five updates in a month?
Anything beyond five is billed at $25 per update, capped at $150 a month so the bill never surprises you. Big projects — a new product launch, a rebrand, a site expansion — are quoted separately and run as their own engagement.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name. The content is yours. If you ever want to leave, we'll hand you a clean export of everything and help you migrate at no additional charge during the first 30 days after cancellation.
What if I already have a domain?
Even better. Send us the registrar login, we'll update the DNS records ourselves and verify it before launch. If you'd rather keep the domain in your account, we'll send you exactly what to change in writing.
What about e-commerce?
Out of scope for the flat-fee package. We'll happily refer you to a Shopify or Squarespace partner. If you only need a handful of products with simple checkout, ask — we can usually wire up Stripe Payment Links inside the standard build.
Where are you based?
DealsUnleashed LLC is registered in the State of Maine. We work remotely with clients across the United States. Calls, when needed, happen on Eastern Time.
