Who we are

“Spot Your Site” is a service of DealsUnleashed LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Maine, United States. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• The URL of your current website, if you choose to provide it
• The message you write us

We also automatically receive your IP address and basic browser metadata when you load this page, because that is how the web works. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site at this time.

How we use it

Form submissions are sent to [email protected] so a human can reply to you. We retain inquiries for up to 90 days in our email and inbound-leads log, then we delete or anonymize them. If we end up working together, your information becomes part of the normal client record and is governed by our terms of service.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not subscribe you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for.
• We do not use cookies for tracking. The site uses none.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, TLS, security. Cloudflare may receive your IP address as part of normal request handling.
• MailChannels — transactional email relay used to forward form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Workspace — where the inbound mail lands, on a DealsUnleashed account.

We choose vendors that publish their own privacy practices and meet standard compliance baselines. We do not allow any of them to use your information for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within five business days. Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and other jurisdictions with statutory privacy rights have the additional rights granted to them by their local laws — we’ll honor those on request.

Changes to this notice

If we change anything material, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and post a note on the homepage for at least 30 days. The most recent version always lives at /privacy.
